Morning bloggers! 🙂
Thought I’d share a bit personal stuff. Today I am off to an intake appointment to discuss getting a lap band surgery covered by my insurance. It’s minimally invasive, I’m committed to a new life style because I do workout quiet a bit three to four times a week.
I am committed to better eating habits, the catch is at night I have fruit or something however, night-time is the worst time to have food.
I feel with the lap band it’d kick-start a good pattern of quitting the night eating, and when it’s removed the habit is well in place.
Secondly, I’m starting on a new antidepressant medication. Weaning off of Lexapro and onto another one I can’t remember off the top of my head because it’s 8:20 am but it is weight neutral.
For those of you that pray, please keep these two things in your thoughts and prayers.
For some good news, I am going to a seminar on financial foundations related to being prepared if something were to go wrong in the money world. It’s got some good tools that I’ve looked at, and I’m looking forward to going to this from 1 pm to 5 pm this afternoon! and the same time tomorrow!
Those that are going get a package of DVD’s from Jonathan Chan, and a few other books etc. it’s going to be good spiritually, emotionally and practically.
Busy next couple of days, but good busy!
I came across this verse in my reading this morning:
Psalm 103:1-5 AMP
1 Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, O my soul; and all that is [deepest] within me, bless His holy name!
2 Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, O my soul, and forget not [one of] all His benefits—
3 Who forgives [every one of] all your iniquities, Who heals [each one of] all your diseases,
4 Who redeems your life from the pit and corruption, Who beautifies, dignifies,and crowns you with loving-kindness and tender mercy;
5 Who satisfies your mouth [your necessity and desire at your personal age and situation] with good so that your youth, renewed, is like the eagle’s [strong, overcoming, soaring]!
God is so good! 🙂
